A short walk from the University, coast, and city centre, Albert Court gives three great opportunities every day. If you’re ever looking to travel further, there are also buses and Merseyside’s own Merseyrail, which goes around the entire county.
With both natural and urban atmospheres to investigate, Albert Court puts you in a fantastic location to discover both with ease. All kinds of shops, museums, and independent venues are available to offer intimate and expansive experiences that you won’t find anywhere else.
Bus: Looking for an affordable and eco-friendly way to get around Liverpool? Merseytravel buses have you covered. They run their services until early morning and offer over 30 routes around the city. Plus, students can get a Stagecoach bus pass for less than £1 daily.
Train: Lime Street Railway Station is Liverpool's main station, connecting the city to the rest of the UK. In addition, you can also opt for four city-centre underground stations – Lime Street lower level, Liverpool Central, Moorfields and James Street. You can travel as far as Chester on the Wirral Line and Southport on the Northern line. Meanwhile, trains to London are frequently available from Lime Street station, with journeys taking as little as 9 hours and 40 minutes.
