In the electric city centre, we’re less than a 25-minute walk from Birmingham’s three biggest universities – the University of Birmingham, Birmingham City University, and Aston University.

Belgrave View offers a mix of en-suite cluster flats and studio apartments. Cluster flats include a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen. Studios give you your own space with everything in one room.

Your rent covers all bills, including water, electricity, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll also get contents insurance, access to all communal facilities and free Village Life events.

Belgrave View is within walking distance of Aston University, Birmingham City University and the University of Birmingham. You can reach all three in around 30 minutes on foot or faster by bus or bike.

Yes, a free on-site gym is included in your rent and open to all residents.

Yes. If you’re into music, you’ll have access to a dedicated space to practise without disturbing your flatmates.

You can book your room online in just a few steps. Choose your room type, check availability and complete the booking form. Our team is on hand if you have any questions along the way.

Yes. The site has round-the-clock security, secure entry and an onsite team to help if anything comes up.

Yes, Belgrave View has shared social spaces and quiet study rooms so you can work or chill depending on what you need.

If you need to cancel your booking with us, you can do so but you may still be liable to pay your rent if you completed your booking and are outside the cooling off period. You would need to let us know, in writing as soon as you know you will not be living with us. You can find our cancellation policy here and in your tenancy agreement.
