To be eligible, customers must have completed the Global Student Living Index survey (“Survey”) between 11 March 2024 and the Prize Draw End Date and provided evidence of completion to a CLV staff member in the form of the survey completion page for the survey started on the website https://survey.gsl.news/ or http://www.studenthousingsurvey.co.uk/.
  5. The prize draw is limited to one entry per customer.
  6. The winner of the prize draw will be awarded a £500.00 Amazon[1] voucher.
  7. To be eligible to be entered into the prize draw, customers must be an existing customer holding a 2023/24 tenancy or licence agreement (England), or model written statement (Wales) in a CLV property at one of the Qualifying Locations.
  8. This offer is available to existing customers, however, existing customers who are in arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2023/24 tenancy or licence agreement (England) or model written statement (Wales) are not eligible to participate in the prize draw and will be deemed disqualified from the prize draw.
  9. The winner of the voucher will be drawn at random by CLV or their representative, and the winner will be notified as soon as possible by CLV using the email details provided with their booking.
  10. The voucher will be dispatched to the winner on or before 10th April 2024.

Extend your stay over summer

Existing customers with a 2022/23 booking can extend their booking by up to eight weeks between 16 June - 3 September 2023.

  1. Applicable to residents with a booking at any Campus Living Villages (“CLV”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) property, except Durham, St Andrews, Albert Court and Arena Village.
  2. The service is available to students whose contract is with CLV directly where their current booking ends before 3rd September 2023.
  3. Booking extensions are subject to availability.

Bournemouth 7s Competition Terms and Conditions 

Win x2 Bournemouth 7s Ultimate Weekend (V.VIP + VIP) tickets.  

  1. The giveaway will launch on Friday 28th April 2023 at 12:00 pm and closes on Tuesday 2nd May 2023 at 12:00 pm, or when Campus Living Villages confirms the competition has closed (whichever is earlier) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.   
  2. This promotion is open to current 2022/2023 Campus Living Villages residents aged 18 years or over only. The festival’s specific age restrictions will still apply, and entry will be refused if not in accordance with festival policy. It’s the entrant’s responsibility to check the festival’s age restrictions 
  3. To enter, people must 1) ‘like’ the competition post on the Campus Living Villages Instagram account, 2) if not already, to be following ‘@campuslivingvillagesuk’ and 3) tag a friend in the comments who they’d take as their plus one.   4. The winner of the competition will be awarded two Bournemouth 7s Ultimate Weekend tickets. Entering multiple times will increase the chances of winning, however the maximum number of tickets that can be won is two. 
  5. It is the responsibility of entrants to read, understand and adhere to all Bournemouth 7s Festival terms and conditions. Campus Living Villages is not responsible for any 
    Bournemouth 7s terms and conditions that prohibit or impact the competition winner in any way.

University of Nottingham Vet School students: Book for April 2024 for a chance to win £500 cashback

If you book directly with Campus Living Villages at Bonington Student Village for the 2024/25 April Vet intake, you may be eligible to be entered into a prize draw to win £500 (Promotion). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

  1. Existing residents who book directly with Campus Living Villages, for 2024/25 between 4 April May 2023 and 30 April 2023 at Bonington Student Village for April 2024 will, subject to these terms and conditions, be entered into a prize draw to win £500 cashback.
  2. This Promotion extension starts at 00.01hrs, 4 April May 2023 and will expire at 11:59pm on 30 April 2023 or when Campus Living Villages confirms via the website the Promotion is no longer available (whichever occurs earlier).To be eligible, customers must book a room by either booking directly with a member of Campus Living Villages’ Village Team, or by contacting the Customer Contact Village on +44 (0)161 850 6664.

Up to 10 days stay free of charge if you need to self-isolate (subject to availability)

Flexible start date. If your University moves your start date or there’s a travel ban, we’ll move our start date

  4. The contract start date will be moved to a commencement date of 4th January 2021 at the latest.

If you are a first year undergraduate student and you don’t get your place at University, we will cancel your agreement and refund any deposit or rent paid. To qualify, please send a copy of your UCAS track or University correspondence within 7 calendar days from the date you’re A level results are published.

If you require a VISA to study in the UK and you don’t get your university offer or your VISA is rejected, we will cancel your agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full. Please send us the visa application rejection or University CAS rejection within 7 days of receiving them.

Book now and there’s no deposit to pay

  1.   4. Students do not need to occupy the room in the free rental period.
