We look after 12,000 residents in 27 locations across the UK and work closely with our partner universities to deliver a student experience that is as unique as the city and institution our villages serve.

We operate in accordance with the ANUK National Code of Standards for Student Accommodation which is designed to ensure large student landlords deliver a distinct set of standards to students.​

All students need to have a guarantor when they book with us. This should be an adult who is willing to meet the terms and conditions of your agreement if you are not able to. The guarantor does not need to live in the UK. As part of the booking process, the student will be asked to provide your guarantor’s contact details including email address, home address and telephone number. The guarantor will subsequently receive an email with a link to the Guarantor Agreement page. The guarantor is jointly financially liable if the rent becomes overdue.

Residents' welfare is our priority, and on-site staff assistance is available 24/7. Their opening hours are 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

The rental payment dates for each village are stated on the tenancy agreement. Reminders will also be sent to residents via email 21 days in advance of the payment date. We are only able to discuss the student’s booking with you when you are confirmed as their guarantor or if the student has provided us with their consent, in writing.
