Swanage Excursion

Join us for a fun-filled day trip to Swanage on Wednesday, 14th of May! 🌊 From 11am to 3pm, we’ll explore the charming seaside town, stroll along the beautiful beach 🏖️, and enjoy the fresh sea air 🌬️. Whether you're up for a coastal walk 🚶‍♀️, a visit to local shops 🛍️, or just soaking up the sun 🌞, there's something for everyone! Don’t miss out on a relaxing and enjoyable day by the sea! 🌅

Location

Students will meet outside the old firestation at 10am ( leaving at 10:20am)

We will be returning from the Swanage bus stop at 3:20pm. Please note that this is a public bus and will depart at the scheduled time. It will not be able to wait for late students!

The bus fair is £4 (two singles ) so please be aware you will have to pay this when getting onto the bus.

What to bring

Sun cream/ hat depending on the weather
Swimsuit and towel if you plan to go swimming
A bottle of water to keep hydrated
A packed lunch (or alternative food options will be available in Swanage)
Please wear appropriate and comfortable shoes for walking
Optional Sea-Dip

What to bring?

A big cosy, warm towel (or a surf robe/poncho preferably). Two towels helps to stand on one getting changedon the beach.
SUPER warm clothes to change into afterwards / wear on the way there (woolly socks / beanies a good idea).
Swim-wear worn underneath clothing on arrival. (Optional)
