Gaming Club Launch Party

Every other Wednesday

ResLifeBU will be running our very own gaming club throughout the 24/25 academic year; this will be a club for both casual and the committed gamers.

We have transformed the Lyme Regis 11th Floor loft into a fun space where you can meet new people, socialise and use some of the latest gaming technology!

Welcome to the Gaming Club—where epic adventures, intense showdowns, and endless fun come together! Whether you're into console, PC, or tabletop games, this is your go-to spot to level up your skills, make new friends, and dive into exciting tournaments. Join us for bi-weekly gaming sessions, special events, and plenty of laughter as we explore new worlds and conquer challenges together. No matter your skill level, the Gaming Club is where every gamer belongs!

So, what does the gaming club have to offer? Well, we wanted to offer you a variety of activities to take part in each week and you can find the list of just some of the activities below:

If you have ever thought about trying yoga, or you are an expert yogi and want to meet up with other like-minded students, then this is the perfect club for you! Join us this Thursday for our Launch, and see if this is an event your going to want to be a part of!

There are many reasons practicing yoga regularly can be beneficial; not only does it improve strength and flexibility, it can also help with your stress levels and enable better sleep, as well as increasing your overall energy levels and mood. Its great opportunity for your to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

Mats and blocks will be available for you to use but if you'd like to bring your own you can. The instructor will take you through a rejuvenating session that is sure to reset your mind and relax you ready for the evening ahead.

If you decide to join the yoga club, there will be weekly classes available for you at the same venue, with a slightly different focus for each class to give each one a challenging and unique twist. Even if you have never done yoga before, you can participate in these classes, as there will be modifications available for you to do.
