There are many reasons practicing yoga regularly can be beneficial; not only does it improve strength and flexibility, it can also help with your stress levels and enable better sleep, as well as increasing your overall energy levels and mood. Its great opportunity for your to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
Mats and blocks will be available for you to use but if you'd like to bring your own you can. The instructor will take you through a rejuvenating session that is sure to reset your mind and relax you ready for the evening ahead.
If you decide to join the yoga club, there will be weekly classes available for you at the same venue, with a slightly different focus for each class to give each one a challenging and unique twist. Even if you have never done yoga before, you can participate in these classes, as there will be modifications available for you to do.
