Are you bored of study? Feeling like you need something sweet in your life? Maybe some French toast? Some hotcakes? Pancakes? Read on for 5 of the most adorable cafes in Sydney for the ultimate cafe hopping experience.

     1. Porch & Parlour

If you’re a sucker for banana bread, then you will want to shoot down to Porch & Parlour fast for their out-of-this-world banana bread stack! Layered with coconut yoghurt and fruit and topped with muesli, raspberry and maple syrup - you’ll be left wanting to lick the plate clean. This is the perfect place to fuel up before class. 

Porch & Parlour is only a short 15-minute drive from = Macquarie University Village!

     2. Bills

If you’re after fluffy, decadent hotcakes (arguably the best hotcakes in Sydney), then you’re going to want to book a table at Bills, stat. Bills do everything right. What's even better is that they’re open across four locations. So if you’re in Surry Hills, Bondi, Double Bay or Darlinghurst, then you’ll be one happy camper. Serving delicious Single O Coffee in the morning through to dinner and dessert at night, no matter the meal, Bills has you covered. 

For our UNSW village students, hop on a direct bus from Randwick to Bondi and visit the famous Darlinghurst Bills Café!

     3. Cuckoo Callay

Are you feeling a little flat? Needing a little colour in your life? Sweeten up your day with a French toast from Cuckoo Callay!

Just a short 12-minute walk from Sydney University Village, this is a favourite spot for many of our students. Sink your teeth into their French toast with Shepard avocado mascarpone, lemon meringue and lemon curd topped with Shepard avocado ice cream.

Or brighten up your morning with this crunchy nut-coated rainbow French toast!

This Instagrammable cafe is well worth the visit.

Love visiting a café with lots of cute dogs around? They make a great puppuccino making it a hot spot for gorgeous puppies, and pats all round.

     4. Cuppa Flower

Fancy a cuppa? Head on down to cuppa flower.

Only a short 11-minute drive from UNSW Village – this is a perfectly sweet pit stop.

For the breakfast of your dreams, order the ricotta pancakes, featuring Cuppaflower homemade mixed berry jam, ricotta cheese, crunchy honeycomb, mascarpone cheese & maple syrup. 

Love an eggs bene? How about corn fritters with halloumi and bacon? Noodles or a burger? Cuppa Flower has something for everyone, even that fussy friend of yours.

     5.Cav and Co

Our Western Sydney students at University Village Parramatta WSU Village Parramatta are going to love this.

Calling all sweet tooths; feel like a drool-worthy gelato burger for brunch? Then Cav & Co is calling your name. Yip, we really mean a burger with gelato in it... There really isn’t anything they can’t do. Phenomenal French toast that's almost too pretty to eat; Cav and Co don’t slack on presentation. Another Instagrammable cafe, they’ve even won the Northern Districts Local Business Awards three years running.

Only a short 7-minute drive from our Parramatta Village, it’s a no-brainer!
