Cleaning Information
Take responsibility for cleaning your own room and ensure you share out the responsibility for communal areas – everyone living in the apartment is responsible for the condition of that apartment at the time of check out.
As per your agreement, your room is cleaned to a professional standard prior to your arrival and the room must be cleaned to that standard prior to your departure. We will inspect your apartment on your departure and assess the level of cleanliness and check the apartment for damages. Charges will be applied to your account if it is not up to standard, graded according to the condition. This can be paid directly or taken out of your Bond. Please contact Reception for a list of cleaning and damage charges.
If you have any unwanted items that can be donated to a worthy charity, goods can be placed in the bins in the laundry.
Please note: All Large items, Doonas, Blankets, Pillows etc are NOT to be dumped down the Bin Chutes to avoid blocking the chute – Please bring these downstairs and place them in the charity bins or main rubbish bin. Your assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.
TIP! Use our cleaning checklist in this FAQ to help you get the job done!
