Yes! Each applicant completes their own application and lease and is responsible for his/her own rental installments. We offer individual liability leases.

Yes, we have a great maintenance team to address your needs. If you have an issue after-hours, we have an on call team ready to assist.

Yes! We include water, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi. Your electricity is covered under our master plan and you will reimburse us for your portion monthly. The costs will vary in terms of the usage of each apartment.

We have both furnished and unfurnished options. Our furnished units include our 4 bed and 2 bed unit types. Our 1 bed and Studio apartments are unfurnished, so you can build and customize your space the way you want it.

 

The furniture package included is a Twin XL Bed and frame, two 2-drawer dressers, a desk and chair, a sofa couch, a sofa chair, a coffee table, and an end table. It really takes the stress out of moving furniture.
