Upcoming development in the works
Griffith University Village (Village) is set to boast a new first-class university experience including a new 11-storey student accommodation tower housing an additional 460 beds. The tower will feature a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and accessible units, along with a substantial provision of communal amenities to benefit all residents of the Village, including a new swimming pool, gym and a range of contemporary communal spaces.
Enabling works, to establish temporary communal amenities for residents to use during construction, are set to commence in late March 2024 and demolition and construction of the main tower is set to commence in June 2024, with completion forecast in mid-2026. Upon completion, total number of students living at the Village will be close to one thousand.
