6:00 PM – Set-Up Begins
The crew arrives to build our big-screen movie experience. Watch the Green transform into our own open-air theatre!

6:45 PM – Popcorn & Ice Cream Treats
Before the show starts, grab some freshly popped popcorn and cool off with some ice cream. Snacks on us—because what’s a movie night without them?

7:00 PM – Showtime!
The movie begins as the sun sets. Settle in, get cozy, and enjoy the film beneath the stars.

9:00 PM – Pack-Up
The equipment comes down, and the movie magic wraps up.

9:30 PM – Event Ends
