COMMON AREA INSPECTIONS
Whether you’ve just moved in this Semester 2 or you’ve been living in the Village for some time, please remember that keeping shared spaces clean is a joint responsibility. These inspections are a whole-house effort, and all residents are expected to contribute to maintaining a tidy and hygienic environment.
To PASS:
Clean all common areas (living room, kitchen, floors).
Store personal items properly.
Clean and clear all kitchen surfaces, oven, microwave and fridge - remove expired and spoiled items.
Empty trash & clear your patios.
