Students have multiple options to apply for housing at UHCL. The first option is to visit University Forest Student Village and Hunter Hall's website directly. To start the University Forest application process, simply select the apply now tab on the home page. The second option is from UHCL Housing website.
Utilities included are internet, parking, and trash removal.
We have both furnished and unfurnished options. Our furnished options come with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, end table, two stools for the built-in dining table, and our unfurnished options are a great clean space to build your home.
University Forest Student Village offers several flexible lease terms that are based on the University of Houston Clear-Lake academic calendar. Choose from Full year, Academic year or by the semester, which includes Summer, Fall only, and Spring Only.
