G’day Mate! From Sydney’s bustling city centre to Gold Coast’s world-renowned beaches, as Australia’s leading student accommodation specialist, we have 22 locations and 13 partner institutions across the country.
Our work is underpinned by the philosophy of partnerships which is why we hold 12 long-term, thriving relationships with universities and higher education institutions in the UK alone.
Howdy, y’all! Our head office is located in downtown Houston, TX. We have 16 villages across 5 different US states. We have 14 owned properties, and two 3rd-party managed villages.
How we work
The teams in our villages and support offices are just as diverse as the locations we operate in. Regardless of location, our focus is always to ensure our residents have an incredible experience at each of our villages. And to achieve that we recruit and develop incredible people in a range of roles who have a passion for what they do on a day to day basis. We encourage a flexible approach to work and empower our people to take charge of their roles and we support them to deliver to the best of their ability.
We have over 400 people working for CLV across Australia. This includes our Head Office in Sydney, where we provide the corporate support services to villages in areas including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, People and Culture, and IT. Our Villages are in urban and regional areas in NSW, VIC, WA, and Qld. Our village roles include management, customer service, community support, residential advisors, and facilities management. These roles ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the villages and that our residents are living as part of a supportive and interesting community.
We have almost 300 employees across the entire US – we are present in 5 states (Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, Texas & California). There are 160 full-time employees and almost as many part-time, student staff (Resident Assistants). The CLVus corporate structure consists of various departments that contribute to the company's overall mission and goals, covering Finance, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Legal and Risk, Safety, & Compliance, Operations, Facilities, Marketing and Sales, Residence Life, University Partnerships and People & Culture.
In the UK, just over 300 people work for Campus Living Villages in a variety of roles. Our dedicated village teams support our residents, creating vibrant social environments. Our customer-facing roles are spread across 18 sites, in Management, Customer Service, Housekeeping, Facilities, and Maintenance positions. Our Support Office is in MediaCityUK, Manchester, where our support services including People and Culture, Marketing and Communications, Legal, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Estates, and ICT are based, as well as our Customer Contact Centre.
We work closely with our University Partners to ensure our residents have the best university experience possible.
