All The Student Accommodation FAQ's Answered!

Moving into student accommodation for the first time can be daunting. But finding the right fit doesn’t have to be tough if you know what you’re looking for. From years of experience here at Campus Living Villages, we know what’s important to our residents.

To help you find the right student accommodation for you, take a look at some of the most common questions we get asked.

Can I have visitors?

We understand that sometimes partners, friends or parents may want to visit. While Village management doesn’t encourage overnight guests, we understand that sometimes this might come up. You can have guests stay for short periods of time as long as the other residents of the Apartment agree. For the safety and comfort of our residents however, extended visits are not allowed.

Can I bring my pet?

As much as we love animals, unfortunately, we can’t allow pets or animal visitors of any kind (including fish, rodents, insects or reptiles). A guide or hearing dog is the only exception to this rule.

Can I live with my friends?

We like to accommodate our residents as much as possible and want them to have the best time during their stay. So although we can’t guarantee anything, if you specify in your application that you wish to share with specific roommates, we will do our best to put you together.

Does my room have a window?

Yes, all rooms have windows. There are no window-less dungeons here!

What are the prices?

Prices vary depending on location and room type. Please refer to the Village page on the website for real-time availability and pricing. All prices quoted are in the local currency of the Village location.

How do I apply?

You can submit an application online today! Please select the ‘apply now’ button on the website, located in the top right-hand corner.

How long do I have to wait before receiving an offer?

Invitations of accommodation will be sent out within 3 business days of your application via email. If you do not receive your invitation during this time please contact us.
