11.40 Bus from BU Bus Hub (Stand E)

12.15 Indian snacks and music in the Clubhouse

2.20 or 4.00pm Buses back to Talbot Campus



A few tips about this event:

When you enter the grass arena, you'll be given coloured powder to throw.
You will get very messy - so wear old clothes.
White or pale coloured clothes look best as the colour shows up well on them.
You'll be able to leave your bags inside the clubhouse, where they should be safe, but you do leave any valuables at your own risk.
In case of very wet weather we may need to postpone the event. When you complete the order form please provide your phone number so that we can add you to a WhatsApp group which we will use to advise you in case the event has to be postponed.
You should aim to catch the 11.40 bus from Talbot Campus to get to the event on time. In case you miss it, you could catch the 12.20 bus which would still get you to Chapelgate in time for the colour, but you may miss out on the food if you arrive late. We're not able to offer any kind of refund if you don't make it in time.
