What is the Flexible Booking Policy?You can secure your room for Semester 2 now and if the University decides to close the campus, you are unwell or unable to travel, you can cancel or change your booking up to 14 days before it starts.Terms & Conditions Apply. You can apply now, with peace of mind that you have some flexibility in place to support you (just in case anything changes!)

Our rooms are really close to the uni and so convenient. The apartments are warm and perfect during winter.

Living at CLV is more than a room. Our residents are at the centre of all that we do. Our goal is to provide market leading pastoral care that is aligned with our Tertiary Partners and the wider community. Embracing diversity and the culture of both our Maori and Pacific Island residents and our broader international customers, delivering equity to all. Our processes are built on transparency and continuous improvement and we ensure regular student feedback and contribution. Each resident is a unique individual and can expect from CLV, an environment that has clear, reasonable and effective practices, and that aligns with the wider pastoral care of our Tertiary Partners, and the Education (Pastoral Care of Domestic Tertiary Students) Interim Code of Practice 2019 as well as the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016
